For manual payment and upgrade- like bank transfer like you said, you can simply add your note, give your user the info needed to wire/ send money offline.

You can add this note at the end of your sales letter ( usually is the homepage in your navigation module), add the note on your upgrade page ( you find this page in site design module/edit page/upgrade page)
