Q: I have a FAB bonus that gives me 3 years support, if I order the renewal will it add another year to my account?
A: Yes, you will have another year added on top of what you already have.


Q:
Where do I see my account expiry date and plugins...ect?
A: Please login into your MemberSpeed account, click on My profile


Q: I see my account is not expired until June 2009, do I need to renew?
A: No, you don't.
However, Non Renewed members only have access to the plugins already allocated to
their accounts - They CANNOT buy new plugins as we are not selling them on
their own anymore. If a non renewed member wishes to purchase a plugin - they can't, and can
now only access plugins (not already on their account) by paying their
service and renewal fee ($697) at which point all plugins will then be added
to their accounts.


Q:
If I choose not to renew, will I still be able to keep my current license package active?
A: Yes.


Q:
Is this going to be a mandatory upgrade? If we do not make the early annual payment, we will be charged the higher rate later?
A: No. It's up to you to renew or not, however, you will not receive software upgrades, plugins and Tech support.
Should you choose to renew later, it will be $697 instead of $197


Q:
Is the pending $197 Annual Service fee going to cost the same each year?
A: We can't guarantee that the price will be the same each year, however we will probably give people who upgrade early a discount.


Q: Can you please advise why I am receiving a message to upgrade my account for $197 USD when i am a core lifetime member?

A:
In your account, please note there are 2 fields: 
-Membership Expiry Date: ( example: Lifetime Membership ) ====> (1)
-Service Subscription Expiry Date: (example: 2008-06-12 )===> (2) This is Annual service subscription
(1) If you are a core lifetime member you always have access to your account even you choose not to renew Annual service subscription. If (2) is expired, you will not receive another year of software upgrades and Tech support.


Q: The training videos have squeeking noises in them - will this be fixed?
A: Yes, it's already fixed.
